How Dick Cheney Started Iraq War 2: the Pallavicini Connection

Between Halloween festivities and end-of-year workloads, I almost missed that Dickbag Cheney is dead, dead, DEAD!!! He was one of those special few people who, along with the ENTIRE rest of humanity, would have been better off had he never been born.

Let me honor his passing by telling some of the real history behind the Second Gulf War in Iraq… the Italian Black Nobility’s involvement! I know I keep ranting about these secret societies, but they’re real and here’s the scoop.

First, the official story of how the war started:

The main argument former President George W. Bush used to justify the 2003 invasion of Iraq was a claim that Saddam Hussein was ramping up his nuclear weapons program - an accusation based on forged documents promoted in the president’s State of the Union address in January 2003, two months before the start of the war.

The allegation was largely based on forged documents claiming Iraq tried to purchase 500 tons of yellowcake uranium powder from Niger, a country in North Africa, which could be enriched and used in nuclear weapons. But who forged the documents and why weren’t they immediately dismissed as fake?

Mohamed ElBaradei, then head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told the UN Security Council that his staff and independent experts concluded within hours that the documents were forged. They were printed, after all, on obsolete Iraqi and Niger letterheads citing officials who were no longer in power at agencies that had been disbanded. One letter, dated October 10, 2000, was reportedly signed with the name of Allele Habibou, a Niger Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, who left office in 1989.

“It was not really very difficult for us to come to the quick conclusion that these documents were forgeries,” ElBaradei said at the time.

And yet, an estimated 100,000 lives were lost in Iraq - some even put the death toll as high as 1m - because the US government was either unable or unwilling to accept that the Niger documents were a hoax.

The real story is that while flunkies prattled about yellowcake uranium to the U.N., Dick Cheney met with the ruler of the Italian Black Nobility and formally requested permission to launch the invasion. I lost that original article, sadly, but let me reconstruct it.

Princess Elvina Pallavicini (22 January 1914 – 29 August 2004) was an Italian noblewoman, member of the Pallavicini family, part of, and often considered the leader of, the so-called Black Nobility in Rome during the second half of the 20th century.

For being a mouthpiece of the intelligence community, it’s still amazing what Wikipedia will admit to. “Loose lips sink ships” but loud mouths backstab rivals!

She was born in Genoa on 22 January 1914 as Elvina dei Medici del Vascello, daughter of Giacomo dei Marchesi Medici del Vascello (1883–1949) and his wife, née Olga Leumann (d. 1966).

During the Nazi occupation of Rome after the armistice between Italy and Allied armed forces, Princess Pallavicini supported Italian Royalist partisans and was later awarded bronze medal of military valor for doing so.

Starting from 1977, Princess Elvina Pallavicini led a group of Black Nobility that provided support for Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.

In the midst of John Paul II’s campaign against the second Iraq War, Princess Pallavicini, Lefebvre’s Italian patron, organized a meeting on February 12, 2003, in support of the preemptive war policy of US Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. She invited US Ambassadors Mel Sembler to Italy and Jim Nicholson to the Vatican, as well as State Department planner Andrew Erdmann, to speak before members of the Italian government, Church dignitaries, politicians, and diplomats.

Thus, the “anti-war” stances of such expendable peripheral elements of the international synarchist conspiracy, like Forza Nuova, are merely clowns used as a front for terrorist operations, in the same way that al-Qaeda was used for the 9/11 attacks.

Princess Elvina Pallavicini, the recognized leader of the Black Nobility, warmly invited Lefebvre to celebrate a Latin Mass at her famous Palazzo Rospigliosi in Rome. In 1978, Lefebvre celebrated a similar Mass in Paris, but before representatives of all the fascist parties in Europe (the “Euroright”). Pope John Paul II excommunicated Lefebvre in 1988.

These subsequent articles are the kind that I can’t tell whether they’re wholly invented out of grudges, mescaline and a phone book. Mainstream media is like that too, but easier to cross-reference other sources and cross-check against known rivals.

This is Elvina Pallavicini. One of the leaders of the Pallavicini family and the wider Black Nobility. She died in 2004.

That almost looks like Dick Cheney meeting her, but likely not.

Before the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the likes of Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld met with her and she backed their policy.

According to some, Pallavicini comes from Pahlavi, the old ruling family of Iran. Pahlavi is also the ancient language and script of Persia, now extinct, typically known as Middle Persian. Pahlavi was the dominant language for the Sassanid empire, until the end of the 7th century AD.

Claims like that are why I sometimes cite vague suspicions of Iran. It is, after all, the birthplace of literal Babylon, but I want more documentation than drive-by articles with no footnotes.

Families like the Pallavicini, Massimo, Orsini, Colonna, Medici, Farnese, Aldobrandini, are all far older, and higher on the pyramid than the likes of the WASP (white anglo saxon protestant) Rockefellers and the Court Jew Rothschilds. They all have deep ties to the Vatican, Jesuits, Templars, Knights of Malta. Some of them trace their lineage back not just to ancient Rome but also claim descent from ancient Persia, Babylon, Egypt.

Do not fall for the trap that Jews alone control everything. No one group or cult or corporation or secret society or family controls everything.

A sentiment I agree with, but disentangling all the secret societies is tough when they all have the same organization, goals, methods and apparently, the same hissing voices in their heads. Tougher every day, thanks to the Convergence of evil in the wake of the Church’s absence. (Not out fault, by the way. God unplugged the Church because it accomplished its Great Commission.)

The Pallavicini family is a top bloodline in the global crime syndicate and they govern Palatine Hill in Rome. They had multiple family branches in Italy and Austria and ancestry that ruled around Athens Greece. They have ruled as princes in Genoa, Milan, Rome, and Vienna. They recently married in with the German House of Wurttemberg. The Pallavicini family married with the Rospigliosi Papal Nobility and also have a branch in London through the Cromwell family. Horatio Pallavicino was a financier for the British Crown and his family merged with the Cromwells through several marriages creating the variant name Paravicini. Charles Vincent Somerset Paravicini is a current member of the British aristocracy. The Pallavicini family ruled over ancient Parthia or Iran and the Pahlavi dynasty that ruled Iran more recently are an ancestral branch of the Pallavicini family.

Wikipedia says the Pahlavi dynasty was the last to rule Iran before the country’s monarchy was overthrown by the Iranian Revolution in 1979. We know that London staged that Revolution because oil, but this suggests there was a bloodline agenda as well.

The Pallavicini coat of arms uses the double headed eagle like Scottish Rite Freemasonry along with a masonic checkerboard pattern. Prince Filippo is a high level Scottish Rite Freemason.

Some of my readers have asked about the occult significance of the double headed eagle. It’s easily traced back to the Roman Empire, and Freemasons love everything about the Roman Empire, and dates back to at least Byzantium. Albert Pike dates it back to Egyptian Osiris and Isis, but that feels like a fabricated reference.

Yahya Sergio Yahe Pallavicini of Milan runs ISESCO or Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and he is also the Advisor for Islamic Affairs in Italy. Nasser David Khalili is a Jewish British-Iranian billionaire and Vatican Knight of the Order of St Sylvester and Trustee of the City of Jerusalem and serves the Pallavicini family. Mahmoud Khayami is a French-Iranian millionaire residing in London who help found the Iran National company and he is also a Knight of the Order of St Sylvester. Elvina Pallavicini was known for supporting the United States war on Iraq. Iran and Iraq have been rivals and enemies. This family engineered the US war on Iraq. Prince Moroello Diaz Della Vittoria Pallavicini and Prince Sigieri Diaz Della Vittoria Pallavicini are top powers in Rome and the world. The statue on the Palais Pallavicini is holding a harp which refers to their authority over the USAF’s HAARP system used for mass mind manipulation and weather modification.

This is where the article started losing me. HAARP might be involved in weather modification, it’s a known agenda item for all Babylonians, but mass mind control won’t happen until Mark of the Beast stage of the Apocalypse. God will not tolerate our involuntary damnation. It’s that simple.

Today Marco Pallavicini is a physics professor at the University of Geneva. The Pallavicini family specialize in radiating the feeling of desolation or abyss through HAARP and other electronic systems. The Pallavicini and Medici families are architects of gang stalking and call their isolate and torture program the “Abomination of Desolation.”

The Genoese were the most dominant bankers for centuries. They financed the creation of what is today called the Bank of America… Prince Sigieri Pallavicini has worked with Merrill Lynch stated on his business profile for Athena Investments and Bank of America owns Merrill Lynch.

They have command over some Iranian government officials and are involved in staging false flags and promoting war propaganda between the US and Iran and they do this when they feel threatened. The Bushs have had several meetings at the Vatican, George Herbert Walker Bush’s grandfather was Jesuit educated, and Jeb Bush is a Roman Catholic convert who is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. Iran and Iraq have been enemies and have been at war with each other. Iraq banned the Jesuits after they established colleges and used them for infiltration. The Pallavicini are both Italian and Austrian nobles. The Lucchesi-Palli family of Italy are also both Italian and Austrian nobles and their name Palli has the same origins as the Pallavicini.

Operation Ancient Babylon (Italian: Operazione Antica Babilonia) was the code name given to the deployment of Italian forces during the Iraq War. Their mission lasted from 15 July 2003 to 1 December 2006. The troops were located in and around Nasiriyah.

But when I checked, Masiriyah was southern Iraq while Babylon is central Iraq, and the American troops covered it in not-glory.

U.S. forces did not exactly destroy the 4,000-year-old city, home of one of the world’s original seven wonders, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. Even before the troops arrived, there was not much left: a mound of broken mud-brick buildings and archaeological fragments in a fertile plain between the Tigris and the Euphrates rivers.

“We kept it safe from looters!” yes, that was the official reason that Camp Alpha/Babylon was set up.

Saddam Hussein developed an obsession with the place during the Iraq-Iran war. Considering his general atheism, his motive was more likely political one-upmanship rather than invoking the Antichrist.

Not a double-headed eagle, unless you count Mister Ace of Spades there. (American troops were given playing cards featuring 52 wanted officials of the Iraqi government. I never saw the deck but reportedly, Hussein was the face on the Ace of Spades.)

Then it was Dick Cheney’s turn to trash the place!

But they did turn it into Camp Alpha, a military base, shortly after the U.S.-led invasion in 2003. Their 18-month stay there caused “major damage” and represented a “grave encroachment on this internationally known archeological site,” a report released this month in Paris by the United Nations’ cultural agency, UNESCO, says.

The ruins stretch over a rectangular area measuring 2,100 acres along the western banks of the Euphrates. The site consists of Nebuchadnezzar’s palace, which then-President Saddam Hussein rebuilt in the 1980s; the remains of the Temple of Ninmakh; and a palace for royal guests. In addition, there is the Lion of Babylon, a 2,600-year-old sculpture, and the remains of the Ishtar Gate, the most beautiful of the eight gates that once ringed the perimeter of the town. It still bears the symbols of Babylonian gods.

According to the report, which comes after five years of investigation by a team of Iraqi and international experts, foreign troops and contractors bulldozed hilltops and then covered them with gravel to serve as parking lots for military vehicles and trailers. They drove heavy vehicles over the fragile paving of once-sacred pathways.

The report also says that forces built barriers and embankments to protect the base, pulverizing ancient pottery and bricks that were engraved with cuneiform characters. They dug trenches where they stored fuel tanks for their helicopters, which landed near an ancient theater. Among the structures that suffered the most damage, according to the report, were the Ishtar Gate and a processional thoroughfare. Experts also say troops filled their sandbags with soil from a site that was littered with archaeological fragments.

To the extent that the Pallavicinis are a Babylonian secret society of Iranian descent, they didn’t appear to be in a hurry to rebuild their ancestral homeland. Wherever the eschatological City of Babylon will be, the old homestead is not going to be that. Most likely it will be Jerusalem, although the Vatican/Rome also fits the Biblical description.

Or, maybe even Princess Pallavicini, the ruler of the Black Nobility herself, would have been better off if Dickbag Cheney had never been born.
