They told me devils were musclebound killing machines, deathless, determined and disciplined. They didn’t tell me that real devils are manboobed, big-nosed cowards who began ordering their servants to kill each other just to stave off the boredom caused by loving money more than people.

Similarly, video games claimed the mission was to rescue the princess. I am so over that, I’m sorry, I can’t even.

The world would be a safer place, if other men could agree with that. Alas, it’s not that easy.

The man who fatally shot three people last week at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, had resigned from another school, despite having tenure, after a female student accused him of making a sexual comment about her appearance.

Holy academic employment, Batman! They finally eliminated tenure as a defense against Cancel Culture? How will they give false hope to unpaid, ‘associate’ professors now?

Kristin Marshburn said she was sitting in the front row of Anthony Polito's business course at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, in 2016 when he walked in and made the remark.

"He said to me that if I wore a shirt that low cut for the rest of the semester, I’d be sure to get an A," Marshburn, now 28, told NBC News.

Uh-oh. Was he sexy enough to say that?

Hmm… he looks okay to me, no physiognomy warning signs… but I’m not a half-dressed skank who’d show more skin for a free drink than a passing grade that she probably can’t earn on merit. What’s a girl like that doing in “supply chain management” class, if not to bask in male attention?

Maybe it was the only marketing-management class offered in the afternoon. 8am classes don’t allow much time for nursing a hangover.

(I once had a college prof who scheduled his office hours for 5:30-7:30am. When a student asked why, he replied “if you’re a serious student then I’m available. If you aren’t, then we’ll never talk again.” Bastard. To his credit, he truly was in the office during those hours. Me was nerd.)

Marshburn, of Wilmington, North Carolina, said she was shocked by the "bold comment," as were some of the roughly 35 other students, mostly men, in Polito's supply chain management course that fall.

Why do you do that, females? Just take the compliment with a smile and wink. Don’t tell me how tiresome it is to always be popular and desirable. Don’t tell me you’re “shocked” that a male noticed your feed bags are half out of the wrapper. That extreme attractiveness is God trying to save you from a life of… supply chain management, yes, exactly that… so attract a man, get busy and the catcalls will stop by the second trimester. Congratulations.

Wait, she was sitting in the front row while nearly topless? She was baiting him! There’s no other reason for a hot chick to sit in Nerd Row.

Marshburn said she reported the incident to the business school’s dean that day. Months later, in January 2017, Polito resigned from his tenured associate professor position after having worked at ECU since 2001 in the marketing and supply chain management department, the university said.

Hmm… tenured associate professor position? Just how tenured was he? Not enough.

It is unclear whether his exit was connected in any way to the comment he made to Marshburn midway through the fall semester of her junior year. Polito never returned to class after Marshburn reported him, she said.

They’re stonewalling. NBC has filed a public records request to penetrate ECU’s bureaucracy. Polito’s social media blamed staff “and an unnamed student” for ruining him.

Marshburn is the second woman to come forward after the shooting to say Polito made them feel uncomfortable when they were students.

The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, previously told NBC News that Polito pursued her for nearly an entire semester, contacting her almost every day through email and texts and buying her gifts.

How dare he!

The 32-year-old woman from Durham, North Carolina, said she viewed Polito as a mentor until he crossed the line by inviting her to Las Vegas during her senior year in 2012.

“I think that’s about when I was like, ‘I have to cut this man off because he got the wrong idea,’" the woman said.

How dare SHE! She led him on, used him up, then cried rayyype when he suggested a trip that could only have ended in boink. She used her sex as a weapon with no intent to deliver. It seems that Kristin wasn’t the first time he offered grades-with-benefits.

I’ve said it before, men are beginning to crack under the stiletto heel of feminism. The weak men first, of course. Polito is turning out to be a sexual gamma aka male feminist and even so, he scored a higher body count than a Philly crew on a weekend bender. It ain’t gonna be pretty when those cops and veterans who refused the death jab, can’t find work to save their lives either.

Video games lied to me again. They said the Apocalypse would be a great battle between good and evil. The truth looks more like “let’s you and him fight” every day.

She said she never thought to report Polito because he was well respected on campus and the entire ordeal struck her as odd.

It’s the oldest, not oddest, trick in the coed college playbook.

Personality-wise, Polito had a mild obsession with Vegas… I’d guess legal prostitution… scratch that. I bet he went there intending prostitution but when he stopped for dinner on the first night, a very nice waitress said he was cute, so he looked her up to be waited on every time he was in town and never got around to actual boinking. He just played fantasies in his mind.

He also craved validation and discovered the Zodiac Killer’s real identity was who the police had already said it was. Yep, he had a true-crime interest, but not an impressive one. Comparable to his making a hit list then shooting four people not on it.

On Polito's personal website, in posts that are still available or have since been removed, he refers to himself as "Dr. 160IQ" and boasts about being part of Mensa, the high-IQ society, which requires members to first score in the top 2% of a standardized test.

Not bad. I’m 150IQ myself. When I was two, I demonstrated the intelligence of a three-year old, so HAHA! No need for a retest, IQ never goes down with age…

A Mensa spokesperson said Polito joined in 1980 but let his membership expire this year by not paying his dues.

That’s literally everybody in Mensa. They only join to brag about having been accepted, so why pay to stay current? Whoa, he HAD been paying dues annually for 40+ years? Loser.

…When Marshburn reported the classroom incident to the dean, she also said she complained about how unconventional Polito's class was, noting he rarely stuck to the course topic, but would focus instead on Las Vegas.

"I did not learn one thing about supply chain management," she said.

“HE RAYYYPED ME!!! and was, like, totally boring. Punish him, Daddy!”

Marshburn praised ECU’s administration for how it handled her complaint against Polito. “East Carolina did an incredible job of making me feel safe, heard, believed,” she said.

Marshburn said she came forward with her account because she wanted to let other women know they should speak out if a person in a position of power mistreats them.

May she die alone and unloved.

So, Polito was fired for noticing a pretty girl who didn’t like him in early 2017. He then followed his dreams (dream hookers?) to Vegas, teaching at Rosemont University in Henderson from 2018 until summer 2022. He didn’t seem happy there, applying to UNLV in 2020 and other, unspecified times. He also didn’t seem to have made much money. I have no record for the fall 2022-spring 2023 school year. The shooting’s timing of December 2023 suggests he finally got a job at UNLV but was disinvited upon discovery of his Cancel Culture history, in the face of severe financial hardship. (When the SWAT team arrived to breach his apartment, there was an eviction notice on the door.) Names on a hit list indicate his rejections were more personal than a form letter.

I wonder if the reason he shot up U.Nevada at all, is because he couldn’t afford a trip back to North Carolina.

There are still gaps in his story, but we now know that what started him on the downward spiral was a mean girl’s nuclear rejection of a provoked compliment. I don’t even blame Polito. A hot chick sits in front of a man while dressed like a whore, what does anybody expect will happen? As we can tell just from that one pic above, Kristin knew much about how to use her body to get intended reactions out of a man.
