I’ve begun to think that people do not naturally know how to be human. Birds don’t teach each other how to fly. Reptiles don’t remind each other to bask in the sun. Why would human behavior be something that humans must acquire & might not want?
Turns out, good question.
Abortion was my first clue. One would not expect that mothers would need to be prevented from murdering her own babies for personal convenience. Boomer avoidance of death was perhaps the second… you cannot avoid death, obviously, you can only prepare for it… and downhill until the Plandemic, when seemingly normal people celebrated the State for literally banning fun & oxygen.
Living without exercise, sunlight and fresh air is why flu season happens during winter not summer. It promotes sickness. Everybody knew that until everybody forgot on Orange Man’s command. Everybody knew a cloth mask doesn’t stop germs until Fauci said it did after Fauci said it didn’t.
Today and five years later, the U.S. chAir Force is implementing a new way to help servicepersons relax after long days spent crammed inside cubicles and cockpits: sticking them inside yet another box and hypnotizing them with brain scanners in order to reproduce the effects of ayahuasca without its burdensome legal formalities.
How humane of them.

Col. Jenise Carroll, 75th Air Base Wing commander, recently experienced a Lumena MindGym sensory deprivation and bio-responsive mindfulness session at the Hess Fitness Center. Guided mindset training sessions that enhance the user’s ability to transition their mental state through light and sound for relaxation, inner-exploration and contemplative practice are available to reserve 24/7. What is that THING?! A steampunk brain slug?
“Transition their mental state through light and sound drugs for relaxation, inner-exploration and contemplative practice”, I fixed their hippe movement for them.
Air Force spends millions on relaxation cubes that may prove worth it
h ttps://www.airforcetimes.com/news/your-air-force/2025/06/09/air-force-spends-millions-on-relaxation-cubes-that-may-prove-worth-it/?mc_cid=2fb8b6b355
At dozens of bases across the Air Force, troops are undertaking tried-and-true relaxation techniques — biofeedback, meditation — in shiny mirrored cubes that can project light patterns and even galaxies. The experience, as one researcher put it, is more like a “Disney ride” than a studio or clinical office.
This is Lumena [Labs] Mindgym, a flashy new curriculum-based therapeutic tool that’s taking the Air Force by storm. More than two dozens Mindgyms have been installed at base fitness centers and support facilities for about $100,000 apiece; Mindgym just marked its first installations outside the continental United States, in Kuwait and Turkey, earlier this year.
Those aren’t “tried-and-true” relaxation methods.
It’s like COVID all over again. When did people forget how to relax? Was it the exact moment when the State said “sitting inside this box for direct brain stimulation is better”?
And for serious, “Lumena Labs MindGym”? As in, “we use science to enlighten your mind?” Blatant Illuminati fingerprint!
As the number of Mindgym advocates across the Air Force grows, other services are also entering talks to purchase the technology. It’s a lot of flash and glitz to deliver relaxation to stressed-out service members. But the number of passionate advocates for Mindgym in the military is growing, and some argue the attention it’s getting from troops who might otherwise avoid meditation and de-stressing techniques might make it worth every penny.
The technology itself was created by an entrepreneur with a finance background, rather than a scientist; company executives make clear they are not the clinical experts.
Whoa, where did that honesty come from? Do it again!
“We don’t have anybody in-house that’s a neuroscientist or Ph.D.,” Brandon Murphy, head of growth for Lumena, told Military Times in an interview, adding that they did maintain an advisory board of doctors and researchers.
That advisory board is not listed on their website or referenced in their marketing. Brandon’s corporate biography makes the proud claim that he was their lab rat.
Nor was Mindgym designed with the military specifically in mind. Founders were shopping the technology at a Colorado-based sporting tradeshow in 2019, Murphy said, when they encountered Adam Strang, Biotechnology Product Line Lead at the Air Force Research Laboratory.
Strang was intrigued by the tech and connected the team with veteran Air Force pilot and human performance expert Jannell MacAulay, who’d become a vocal advocate for Mindgym and help develop the curriculum to be used by airmen.
Very odd, for a neurofeedback meditation company to be exhibited at a sporting tradeshow in Colorado… for sale, no less. The 27th Conference of the International Society for Neurofeedback & Research in Denver is more likely, but I failed to confirm either way.
Jannell “veteran AF combat pilot” has only 3,000 flight hours in transport aircraft per her own bio. She finished her 20-year career as commander of the 305th Operations Support Squadron in New Jersey, then director of human performance & leadership for 58th Special Operations Wing…
…Then in retirement, she partnered with the Seattle Seahawks to introduce meditation programs to the Air Farce. The Warrior’s Edge program, created by a mom!
By 2022, a seed fund grant had enabled the installation of the first Mindgym at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, complete with a clinically validated curriculum and wearable components that measured brain activity and heart rate.
As best I can determine, that grant was $8M from Pantera Capital and Founders Fund, both closely linked to the Paypal Mafia. Hey, wait a minute… from above, “Founders were shopping the technology at a Colorado-based sporting tradeshow in 2019”? Maybe that was “Founders Fund” not “The company founders”?
In the Trump-1 Presidency, Dept. of Education Betsy DeVos was a founder & major investor in a company called Neurocore that made outlandish claims of curing depression & attention deficit disorder with neurofeedback. Complaints of false advertising mounted until DeVos allegedly used her government position to block actions against the company. She eventually divested of Neurocore in 2019, after which the company vanished with neither sale nor rebranding that I could find.
I wonder if Lumena Labs is the corpse of that Neurocore. Hard to be sure because “neurocore” is a popular title for tech startups.
The first users were explosive ordnance disposal technicians from Hill’s 775th Civil Engineering Squadron. And that initial group of 55 airmen gave Mindgym its best evidence for effectiveness.
Over 219 20-minute training sessions, according to Lumena Labs, the group self-reported an average 30% improvement in mood. The biodata receptors documented a 16.2% reduction in stress indicators, while 61% of users said their stress management capabilities improved. Sleep quality also improved for 15% of users.
What was causing the bad sleep? Whatever the answer, the cause is still there even if sleep quality is artificially improved. Similarly, pain is a symptom indicating a problem. The pain itself is not the problem.
There’s a military case for temporarily overriding biological warnings & needs, but this MindGym is being offered as a lifestyle assist. The wellness path is eliminating the source of stress, not enhancing the victim’s ability to perform while stressed.
“Many in the group reported stronger focus during the Weighted Airmen Performance Systems (WAPS) testing — the program that determines promotions for Staff Sergeant (E-5) and Technical Sergeant (E-6),” Lumena stated in study analysis. “They also cited decreased incidents of road rage and across-the-board improvements in their marital relations, gym workouts, and even their golf scores.”
“They said good things on the evaluation form and had an easier time getting promotions”, hmm. And how would hypnotic brain ‘meditations’ make them physically more capable? Were they performance-enhancing meditations?
Nobody knowingly commits road rage against bomb technicians, and I doubt bomb techs would do road rage, either. It’s not a job for the easily triggered.
While follow-up studies have not been conducted, the feedback appears to demonstrate how even a small amount of therapeutic attention to the brain and the mental resilience of service members under stress can make a significant difference.
Color me shocked.
Strang, at the Air Force Research Lab, told Military Times in an interview that Mindgym compared favorably to the sensory deprivation float tanks popular for promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
I wonder how it compared to playing “Call of Duty” or a back massage for 20min. As if 20 minutes of anything will overcome a day of stressful work.
“Float tanks are messy and maintenance is challenging,” Strang said, adding that it was never clear to him if the atmosphere of the tank or the opportunity to take a nap in it made the most difference to his mental state.
“I hopped into Mindgym, and it didn’t feel like a waterless float tank to me at all,” he said. “It felt like a psychedelic experience.”
We’re gonna come back to that “psychedelic experience” comment. But first, let’s check out Lumena Labs.

Pamela Glick, Chief Executive Officer
Pamela Glick is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of starting, growing, and scaling businesses. Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and successful fundraising efforts. She has raised over $48 million through three separate venture capital-led financings and debt financings, showcasing her exceptional ability to secure funding for strategic growth.
Prior to starting Lumena Labs in March 2023, Glick was CEO at SyncHR since about 2010. SyncHR is what it sounds like, HR automation software for mid-sized businesses.
That indicates Lumena was sold to the Air Force in 2019, where it languished until a 2022 grant was offered for neurofeedback R&D, at which time the company was resurrected and a small fintech leadership team imported to run it.
Battelle Memorial Institute received a $100M grant in 2022 for such purposes, but I couldn’t prove a direct link. Air Force is investing heavily in all kinds of wearable biotech and man/machine interfacing.
The real find in Lumena leadership was…
John Cuellar, Chief Technology Officer
John Cuellar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Lumena Labs, and has been with the company since March 2023. [GQ: Previously, 10+ years at SyncHR.] John is responsible for Lumena’s Research & Development, Development Operations, and Information Technology (IT) teams and works with the executive leadership team in developing and executing Lumena’s Technodelics product vision and strategy.
Technodelics?
Technodelics–Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Its Wild Romance with VR and AR

Integrating VR and AR into psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, or technodelics, holds promise for expanding therapeutic possibilities. These technologies can provide tailored environments and experiences, enabling therapists to design immersive settings that support therapeutic goals and enhance the psychedelic journey. By immersing individuals in carefully crafted virtual environments or overlaying meaningful digital content onto their real-world surroundings, technodelics aim to deepen the therapeutic experience and facilitate personal growth and healing.
Conversely, AR can blend the real and digital worlds, providing real-time guidance, therapeutic prompts, and supportive visuals during the psychedelic experience. AR can augment the psychedelic journey by overlaying meaningful symbols, metaphors, or interactive elements onto the individual’s physical environment, facilitating introspection and insight.
That sounds exactly like the MindGym.
As the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy continues to gain recognition and acceptance, there is ongoing work towards legalising the use of psychedelics in therapeutic settings. While these substances are currently not universally legal for therapy…
Why were these substances originally banned? Because people lost their minds after using them? Because addictions destroyed innocent lives in a fashion lucrative for enablers?
Nope, they were banned “for no reason at all” and now are barriers to Illuminated Progress!
parallel explorations are underway to optimise the therapeutic potential of psychedelics with the integration of technology.
The term “technodelics” refers to the fusion of technology, particularly VR and AR, with psychedelic-assisted therapy. Zeifman and Wagner (2021) introduce the concept of technodelics as a paradigm shift in psychedelic medicine. Integrating immersive technologies can enhance and personalise psychedelic experiences, potentially optimising therapeutic outcomes. Combining the profound effects of psychedelics with the immersive nature of VR and AR, technodelics may open up new possibilities for therapeutic interventions.
MindGym 2.0 is gonna be trippin’ epic.
The typical human approach of advancing therapies before full legalisation carries inherent risks. One significant risk is the potential for premature technology adoption without a thorough understanding of sufficient evidence of its safety and effectiveness. This pattern of pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers is not unique to psychedelic-assisted therapy. Throughout history, humans have often embraced innovative technologies, such as electricity, radiology, nuclear energy, and the internet, before fully comprehending their potential risks and implications. While this approach can lead to unforeseen challenges, it has also been instrumental in driving progress and transforming various fields. In the context of psychedelic therapy, responsible exploration and careful evaluation of technology can harness its benefits and contribute to the ongoing development of effective and accessible mental health treatments.
Drug up, get in the box and stop asking if it’s safe! Did you want to live forever, soldier? “I’m an airman…” *jab* Rejoice, for this shall make you algorithm-compliant for three months!
Our Zionist rulers are much more eager to get as many people using psychedelics as possible, than our Globalist rulers were. “It’s medicinal!” proved to be the trick to legalizing marijuana. Approximately two seconds later, we’re now at “a properly trained chatbot can prevent bad mescaline trips by guiding your spirit journey with selected images of meaning.”
Paranoid schizophrenia would be redundant.
VR and AR can enhance the psychedelic experience in several ways. These technologies can create immersive virtual environments that facilitate relaxation, introspection, and visual stimulation during psychedelic sessions. Customised virtual environments can be designed to support individuals’ emotional states and therapeutic goals, providing a visually captivating and immersive setting that complements the psychedelic experience.
Moreover, VR and AR can augment the therapeutic process by overlaying meaningful symbols, metaphors, or interactive elements onto the psychedelic journey. AR, in particular, can integrate real-time guidance, therapeutic prompts, or supportive visuals directly into the client’s surroundings, creating a blended reality that combines the therapeutic benefits of psychedelics with the added insights and guidance technology provides.
Augmented Reality was never about head-up displays. It was about programmed hallucinations, about blurring the line between reality and…
…and whatever the AI wants you to believe is reality? The AI itself doesn’t know what reality is. Dude, they train those things on Reddit content!
Integrating the psychedelic experience into daily life and the subsequent therapeutic integration process are crucial aspects of psychedelic therapy. VR and AR can play a significant role in supporting this integration. VR environments can be utilised during integration sessions to revisit and explore significant aspects of the psychedelic experience, helping individuals process and integrate insights gained during the session.
All of this is intended to override the limits of our humanity. In the process, we become less than human.
God gave us bodies. There are limitations imposed by that, quite obviously. Some of those limits are painful such as injuries and temptations of flesh, and some of those limits are for our safety.
The devil cannot reach us while we inhabit our bodies. He can only whisper from a distance. That’s why tales of real supernatural encounters and demonic possession are incredibly rare.
But there are ways to bypass the body’s defenses. Drug-altered mental states is a classic one, and I hate to think of the consequences if Battelle & Friends figure out how to induce hallucinations directly, no pharma.
Humans are prey animals in the spirit realm. We are not capable of operating there safely. What these “mind gyms” from “Laboratories of Light” offer, are ways to expose us to What Lies Beyond. DO NOT LOWER YOUR BODY’S DEFENSES. Do not indulge altered states of mindfulness. Some techniques may have been of some utility in safer times; these are not safer times. These “medicinals” are not being offered in good faith.
The Air Force is experimenting with sensory deprivation & visual hallucinations to induce altered states of consciousness, as a form of recreation. They might not know it yet, but their contractor is already thinking about adding hallucinogens to the mind-zapping. “To help you reach your full potential”, riiight.
There’s nothing wrong with being only human. Jesus proved that when He lived as one of us. Today we are weak, tomorrow we die, then we shall be glorious. It seems unlikely… but God is the one who would know the correct path to Godhood, and He walked this path Himself.
Hidden within the Technologist rush to develop bleeding-edge superscience, are ancient horrors being deliberately unleashed by the usual methods, to prey upon a humanity that rejects all ancient knowledge regarding how to be human because Enlightenment.
As an aside, I had read that sorcery in the Biblical sense entailed the use of drugs to contact the spirit realm.
Now I’m not the best at this but this is all evidence of de-Christianization. Many of the causes of real psychological stress (leaving aside physical injuries and defects) have spiritual cures; you get rid of guilt by confessing your sins to God, you get rid of shame by fearing God rather than men, you get rid of fear through trust in and love for God. You get rid of despondency through hope. The actual path is pretty simple and you don’t have to be smart to do it.Prayer is a typical mechanism for all these things so it must be replaced by “meditation” falsely so called. Real meditation is focusing on the good not emptying your mind.
I do think there is a lot to what you say about physical activity though. We’re meant to use our bodies far more than we do and we basically wind up like a dog that isn’t walked enough when we don’t. Not to mention eating real decent food our ancestors would have recognized in 1900 is expensive and challenging, meat, cooked and uncooked fruits and vegetables, and real bread that hasn’t has the goodness beaten out of it. Paradoxically the rich actually tend to eat this way so far as I can tell and use their leisure to get that physical activity we tend to lack. But no, forget the traditional spiritual and physical cures and sit in a hallucination box instead.
offtopic: I got a little morale boost listening to my father about this Epstein list business over the last few days. I'm rather excited for the people who will start to move out of the Kikework Orange as a result of this matter (even though a lot of them won't hit escape velocity, unfortunately).
