The headlines have been crazy over the recent fires in Los Angeles, and it’s quite annoying. The only reason THESE fires are making major news, is because Paris Hilton got burned out instead of my childhood friends.
The homeless light fires in the winter to keep warm. The plutocrats who think only money is reality, chose to live on ridgetops with panoramic views and… to save on money… no brush clearing. Everybody in L.A. knew this was coming.
Up in flames: Rising number of homeless fires threatens LA neighborhoods

Just before 10 one recent morning, an LA neighborhood was rocked by loud explosions that residents say sounded like bombs going off.
"There were two huge explosions, and when I looked out my apartment window I saw plumes of black smoke," said Jeanne Rice, who lives around the corner from a homeless encampment at Wilton Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
“Look, up in the sky! It’s a terrorist attack!
Those plumes of smoke and fire were coming from a homeless tent that had exploded into a ball of fire, destroying the tent and other tents around it.
“No, it’s a cartel meth lab!”
The I-Team found this was just one of several encampment fires recently in this neighborhood dotted by new apartment and condo buildings.
"We have fire after fire after fire, and now they're putting us in danger. We're all in danger in this neighborhood," said resident Levi Freeman.
LA Fire Department data for the last five calendar years, obtained by the I-Team, shows the number of fires related to homeless people has been steadily climbing. There were 13,909 homeless fires in 2023, almost double the number of such fires in 2020.
Nah, it’s just another day in yet another Democratic Peoples’ Republic of ((Marxism)).
These fires usually start in or around homeless tents, but often spread to nearby commercial or apartment buildings, sometimes injuring and, in rare cases, killing people.
"I fear for my safety," said Hollywood resident and realtor Levi Freeman. "A tent fire could set other buildings ablaze and then go to the next building if they can’t get here fast enough."
The I-Team discovered that some of these encampment fires are apparently caused by homeless people tapping into city electrical wires under the sidewalk, meant to bring power to streetlights, and diverting the electricity into their tents.
"This is a huge problem," said Jeanne Rice, pointing to a clump of charred wires under the sidewalk next to where the tent fire erupted near her apartment.
A few yards away, near where another tent fire recently burned, the I-Team spotted a household power strip was jerry-rigged into the electrical wires under the sidewalk.
It says something about who is homeless in America, when they have the skill to illegally tap into live electrical lines. Mostly peacefully.
He and other residents have been emailing Mayor Karen Bass, Gov. Gavin Newsom and their City Councilman Hugo Soto-Martinez…
A sixth-generation Anglo-Saxon, no doubt…
…saying the increase in tents fires is an "absolute crisis" and urging them remove tents from the sidewalks.
"Take them away!" said Levi Freeman. "I am so tired about all the inaction of our politicians here."
Your people built that squalor, Levi. I dunno what to say… maybe complain to the city’s ruler instead of the mayor? She’s just a puppet.
‘Unsafe security issue.' Homeless encampment fire in Van Nuys raises alarm bells for neighbors

After another trash fire from a homeless encampment was reported in Van Nuys, business owners and those who live nearby said they are fed up with the unsanitary and dangerous conditions.
The fire, which was reported at 5 a.m. Thursday near Oxnard Street and Sepulveda Boulevard, was put out in 30 minutes thanks to fire crews.
The plume of black smoke from the Van Nuys encampment was seen in many parts of the San Fernando Valley Thursday morning.
Van Nuys is a few miles south of the Hurst Fire in Sylmar.
“Aside from being an eyesore, it’s unsafe,” Christopher McNair, who works as a senior manager at Electro Rent Corporation in the area, said, adding Thursday's fire is one of a series of incidents in recent years. “(There’s) all kinds of junk. We’ve had issues with rats coming in here.”
McNair said some of his workers who have to come early in the morning are afraid because they often become acc“Aside from being an eyesore, it’s unsafe,” Christopher McNair, who works as a senior manager at Electro Rent Corporation in the area, said, adding Thursday's fire is one of a series of incidents in recent years. “(There’s) all kinds of junk. We’ve had issues with rats coming in here.”
Mayor Karen Bass’ Office did not respond to a request to comment on the situation.
Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman’s Office said in a statement there were not enough resources within City Council District 4, which includes Van Nuys.
There will never be enough resources. Marxism is not any kind of governing system. It’s what happens every single time when thieves take control of the police. Marxism is the religion of envy. They take from their enemies and give to their allies, under cover of trying to solve a problem, but if the problem ever DOES get solved then the grift ends.
Nobody is going to be fired over 2025’s failure of basic emergency services, for the same reason nobody was fired for 2024’s failure, or 2023’s failure. The system works for the people who are running the system.
Except the Palisades Fires happened to the Paris Hiltons of the banking world. Mayor Bass is about to add ‘whipping boy’ to her lengthy portfolio of acting performances and the public taxpayer is about to pay for some major private rebuilding. And I don’t mean a 15-minute city. Those mansions with panoramic views of downtown are going right back where they were.
I guess it counts as a conspiracy, LA government looting LA until the fire hydrants are empty, but this is what happens every single time when ((They)) take control of a society.
Meanwhile all the pundits on both sides of the political spectrum react emotionally, pushing their favorite worldviews instead of thinking. It makes a guy feel very alone in this world, watching people think our rulers are 9-dimensional underwater chess masters no matter the evidence to the contrary. Pro-tip: our rulers are chess masters when it comes to usury and word games, yes, but a single toothache of real pain makes them lash out like the emotionally crippled crybullies that they really are. Lahaina, Hawaii was a burning-out of stubborn locals refusing to sell their homes & heritage. Pacific Palisades was an enclave of the ultrawealthy. They didn’t burn themselves out…
No, what they did was panic. As if they’ve never been in danger before. Maybe they haven’t been. Maybe despite all those beach views, they’ve never been sucked out to sea by a rip current, fought their way back to land using even rougher currents, then while crawling out of the surf on hands and knees gasping for breath, seeing that a lifeguard had been watching them the whole time while eating a sandwich.
“You okay?”
“Yeah, thanks, I hadn’t wanted any help. Dude, where’s my snorkel? Did something rip the snorkel off my face mask?”
I don’t see any big conspiracy unfolding in Los Angeles. I see the pussy princes of the Earth finally getting a taste of what they’ve been giving for a long, long time, and it terrifies them that maybe selling their eternal soul for promises of mortal safety wasn’t such a hot idea. That, and that alone, is why the world stopped to behold the fires of Hell-A.
They’re gonna really lose their shit when Jesus returns with an army and a divine claim upon all vengeance.
I couldn't agree more. Someone else the other day mentioned "this is a conspiracy to build 15 minute cities" and my immediate response was "then why are the rich neighborhoods burning?"
The Null-A reference was sublime but the last sentence was a grand slam.
