It’s that time of the year when we get to learn about all the new government rules that the royal “we” recently enacted. California is a shitshow, of course… firearms are banned outside the home, landlords are banned from evicting criminals and the “Amber Alert” system for finding kidnapped children is now preferentially reserved for black children.
Naturally, I wanted to feel better about my situation, so I looked up Jew York City… they made up a rule to force Chick-Fil-A to violate the Sabbath. “Thou shalt do business on Sundays!” Yay ya Jews, you outlawed compliance with the Mosaic Law! That’ll learn them Christians! But I didn’t feel better.
Next up, Florida Man! Ooh, Florida government officials are resigning in DROVES! Some city councils won’t even have a quorum for the new year! What is this beautiful sight I see?
4 of 5 St. Pete Beach city council members announce resignation on heels of new Florida law

A new law in Florida will require small-town local officials to disclose in-depth financial information, including their net worth and the price of any assets they own over $1,000.
The new law, referred to as Form 6, is causing a wave of resignations among elected local officials. At a St. Pete Beach city council meeting on Monday, four out of the five council members announced they would resign effective Dec. 30th, including the vice mayor.
"I’m very disappointed, quite frankly. It’s not something that I wanted to do," St. Pete Beach Vice Mayor Mark Grill said. "I believe it’s [an] invasion of privacy, and a bigger concern, I believe this overreach by state government is an attack on our home rule; at the local level, the state tries to preempt us from running our city how we see best."
Did I just hear a politician cry about living in a surveillance state? Watch me drink your tears!

A few council members had concerns about their spouses' finances also being public, and employment concerns, having to potentially name clients or customers of their primary business. Some just worried about safety when listing the price of their personal possessions.
Even better! SOMEBODY knows about the marriage-as-subterfuge game that politicians play! “This legislating new rules thing is just a sideshow. I’m actually a BigCorp trial attorney with a heart so generous, that I rule over the local peasants in my spare time for free.”
At least a dozen council members have also resigned in Bellair, Indian Rocks Beach and Seminole. The new law is set to take effect on Jan. 1, 2024.

Mass exodus leaves gaping holes on city councils in Palm Beach County
h ttps://www.wlrn.org/government-politics/2023-12-20/council-members-resignation-ethics-form-6-palm-beach
At least 24 council members in 11 of Palm Beach County’s 39 towns, including North Palm, have resigned.
“I think it’s ridiculous, honestly,” said North Palm’s Norris, a partner in the law firm Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen who served 27 years in office. “Whether it’s right or wrong it doesn’t matter. It’s something I can't do. My business does not allow me to do that type of disclosure and have that open to anybody and everybody to see.”
This Form 6 law got rid of a 27-year incumbent who two-timed at Cohen Berkowitz & Cohen, before it even went into effect? SWEET! Only a ((lawyer)) could bitch “right or wrong, it doesn’t matter”.
Oh yes it matters. As we see right now!
But, his complaint doesn’t sound like a financial disclosure issue..?
[One] strict Form 6 requirement may be on the way out.
It requires attorneys who own more than 5 percent of their firm and grossed more than $1,000 to disclose the names of clients who produced more than 10 percent of the firm’s income.
His complaint is we’ll know who he’s doing business with! Who REALLY pays his salary, if he’s working for “next to nothing” as a legislator!
What’s this? Crony & Cousins made 60% of their 2023 income from the Locos Banditos cartel?!
It’s Christmastime in the least snowy spot in USA.
Such disclosures violate Florida Bar rules, Steve Zuilkowski, a lawyer for the Florida Commission on Ethics, told the nine-member ethics board on Dec. 1. But state law supersedes those rules, he said.
BURN! burn burn burn
Florida
Got

Of
Its
Litigator-politicians
Without a fight.
How a Zionist like Florida’s governor let that one through beats me, it’s not white man who imported the regulatory-capture revolving door game of cousins on the thrones, but thanks! I feel better at last.
“This Form 6 is so minute they want me to disclose my daughter’s prepaid college fund,” North Palm’s Mullinix said. “I can’t even fathom that.”
Is it a prepaid, pre-accepted-to-Harvard fund courtesy of a cousin-client who happened to benefit from a rule you created? I can fathom THAT.
”In some small towns, elected officials are paid negligible amounts or nothing at all, making it hard to justify publicly sharing detailed personal income amounts and sources,” some said, even in the name of transparency.
“We shouldn’t have to report our income because we don’t have any to report.”
“We get paid basically nothing to be up here. Yet they want us to disclose basically everything we have,” said Lake Clarke Shores’ Rodriguez, a criminal defense lawyer.
The penalty for failing to file is $25 a day up to $1,500 but there’s also the potential for removal from office. The deadline to file is July 3.
Well, they ain’t resigning because they won’t pay a fine so small that the IRS wouldn’t care if they paid cash.
Let’s pull up the Form 6… blah, blah… disclose all your assets, including household items, I generally don’t like that. It would be better to let everybody have their privacy than nobody, but I didn’t write the rules of Clown World now did I? Ahh, here’s the kicker:
The types of businesses covered in this section include: state and federally chartered banks; state and federal savings and loan associations; cemetery companies; insurance companies; mortgage companies; credit unions; small loan companies; alcoholic beverage licensees; pari-mutuel wagering companies; utility companies; entities controlled by the Public Service Commission; and entities granted a franchise to operate by either a city or a county government.
Banks, lenders and government-aligned businesses? AND it includes spouses? There won’t be a single corruptocrat in Florida government by this time next month.
How’s that surveillance state working out for you Elites? Pretty good until it went both ways? heehee
I live in Florida in [REDACTED] and I was doing a Chevy Chase laugh through this whole blog! This explains why, when I got to work yesterday, a little Cuban security guard was hinting to me that he's running for Office next year.
Now I feel better too!
