Who Is Behind California's Green Agenda?
Okay I’ve had enough. California’s Green Agenda is completely out of hand, and no less than the United States Coast Guard agrees. Who’s doing it? Because at this point, nobody wants it.
California's green agenda is targeting every mode of transportation, despite wide opposition

California's state government, under the leadership of Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, is pursuing a wide-ranging climate agenda targeting the transportation sector — actions that could have major economic implications.
He actually is governing, as in imposing an agenda via the bureaucracy, but Graven Newscum acts like he doesn’t actually know how government works. He thinks it’s all “my will be done”, and then bogs down in dozens of state-level lawsuits from all the people… mayors, elected officials, police chiefs, city planners, even tax collectors… who refuse to give up their jobs.
Seriously, he’s publicly threatened to abolish every local government that opposes him, on anything. Anybody half-competent at statecraft knows that scorched earth is the last resort, not the first.
The California Air Resources Board (CARB), the state's main environmental regulator, has finalized new rules mandating a rapid transition from traditional petroleum-powered modes of transportation to zero-emissions alternatives as it pursues a sweeping climate agenda. CARB has identified passenger cars, heavy-duty trucking, freight trains and harbor vessels for the changeover.
"We can solve this climate crisis if we focus on the big, bold steps necessary to cut pollution," Newsom remarked in August 2022.
CARB keeps coming up. Let me elaborate.
The governor's comments came shortly after CARB finalized regulations phasing out new gas-powered cars, and mandating 100% electric vehicle sales by 2035.
Not gonna happen.
Nearly 20 other states have since adopted those rules, meaning more than 40% of the country will be impacted by the mandate to some extent.
They have UNITY in STUPIDITY!
California is an oversized Potemkin Village. The Marxist Agenda gets implemented here, then subsidized enough to look like Agenda 2030 won’t be as bad as the laws of physics make it seem.
Environmentalists nationwide have set their sights on transportation because of its high carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions, which they say are contributing to global warming. According to the latest state data, the transportation sector accounts for 39% of California's carbon emissions, the largest share of any sector and more than the industrial and power sectors combined.
The fact that people believe that, gets to you after a while. The purpose of Utopia is not to establish Utopia; it’s to justify the demolition of real life. Utopia is real harm, fake hope. “We’ll achieve Workers’ Paradise as soon as I have total control of the economy.”
The state's broad effort to electrify its transportation sector is part of the California Climate Commitment unveiled by Newsom two years ago. Under the plan, the state is phasing out reliance on fossil fuels, deploying green energy, cutting greenhouse gas emissions 85% by 2045 and decreasing oil demand by a staggering 94%.
Not gonna happen. Well… not for Governor Hair Gel, at least. No way is he gonna drop his usage of petroleum-based products by 94%. The truth would unravel:
The new regulations have received widespread criticism from Republicans, Democrats, consumer groups and industry associations, which argue such a plan is unworkable and not feasible. In a recent federal filing, the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, which represents major automakers and supports a transition to EVs, said it had "continued concerns with the feasibility" of the plan.
Let that one sink in for a moment. Both Democrats and Republicans agree that the Green Agenda can’t work. Labor unions and factory owners, ditto. Who says we’re a divided country?
And yet, the Agenda is continuing. Who is pushing it?
"CARB has an ideological commitment to reducing emissions from transportation," said Diana Furchtgott-Roth, the director of the Heritage Foundation's Center for Energy, Climate, and Environment. "They particularly don't seem to like personal mobility, where people can go around anywhere they want in whatever kind of vehicle they want.
"So, they say people are just going to have to get used to electric vehicles, whether they like them or not, and go where the charging stations are. This seems to be an ideological, semi-religious, cultish viewpoint."
I think she’s right. The CARB has been weaponized over the entirety of California.
In 2023, 9.5% of new, light-duty vehicle sales were EVs, up from 7% in 2022 and 4.3% in 2021, according to data from the Alliance for Automotive Innovation. California's regulations kick in next year, requiring 35% of model year 2026 car purchases to be electric and, one year later, requiring 43% of model year 2027 cars to be electric.
In addition to that mandate, CARB adopted the nation's most aggressive truck electrification plan in April 2023 and, shortly thereafter, regulations targeting freight train emissions. The former mandates wide swaths of the heavy-duty vehicle sector to be electrified by 2035, and the latter requires locomotives to begin transitioning to zero-emissions technology in 2030.
That’s what they decree…
The American Trucking Associations blasted the heavy-duty vehicle rule, saying it sets "unrealistic targets and unachievable timelines." And the Association of American Railroads — which is suing California over the freight train regulations — said "there is no clear path to zero emissions locomotives."
…and that is the universal reaction.
Another basic rule of statecraft: don’t give your enemies common ground to unite against you. Especially existential common ground:
"Even if you assume and make wild assumptions about the benefits in terms of climate phenomena and all the rest, there's just no way the benefits exceed the cost. It's just impossible," [said Benjamin Zycher, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.]
In addition, CARB recently amended its Commercial Harbor Craft regulation, requiring a wide array of vessels, including tugboats, towboats and barges, to install cleaner upgrades and newer technology. In particular, vessels must install diesel particulate filters, a major retrofit that has some groups concerned about safety.
The American Waterways Operators (AWO), which represents the tugboat, towboat and barge industry, has opposed the regulation over concerns about diesel particulate filters (DPFs) catching fire. In her opinion piece in the DC Journal, Jennifer Carpenter, president and CEO of the AWO, wrote:
"While a truck driver can run from a fire, a vessel crew’s only option may be to abandon ship, which is hazardous and always a last resort. Introducing new fire risks to heavily trafficked ports with combustible cargoes is also dangerous — imagine the threats to safety, the environment and property if a DPF ignites on a tugboat carrying 110,000 barrels of fuel."
And the U.S. Coast Guard penned a letter obtained by Politico in February, informing CARB that it would refuse to enforce the new mandate.
Because the mandates will inevitably cause fires, thereby endangering the general public. I read the letter.
When the Coast Guard says you’re committing arson under color of law, even if not in so many words, and there’s not enough DEI in Clown World to stop them from civil disobedience, you’ve jumped the shark.
CARB’s plan is forcing ICE engines to be modified such that they catch fire and kill people at a very high rate. When that happens, they’ll use the incidents as proof that ICE engines are unsafe. They are intentionally trying to inflict harm upon the general public for political gain… which is the definition of domestic terrorism.
Who are “they”?
Lys Mendez, communications director for CARB, said in a statement that the board has entered into a "Clean Truck Partnership" with heavy-duty truck manufacturers like Ford, Daimler, General Motors, Isuzu, Navistar, Volvo and others in an effort to "work toward shared goals around emissions reductions."
The gaslighting in Western media has been off the charts since Biden stole the election. When Christ tells us to have faith, that’s because faith requires mental exertion. Effort is required to persist in your beliefs, especially when you’re surrounded by pathological liars with megaphones.
I have faith that their Utopian agenda will fail, but they’ve been doing a lot of fucking around with no finding out. The effort becomes a strain. I knows it’s because of that Potemkin Village deception I already mentioned… if only I could see… be reassured that my beliefs are correct…
Tesla’s Stock Losses Accelerate. It’s Laying Off Workers and Losing Key Executives.

The electric-vehicle company is planning to lay off more than 10% of its global workforce, according to a company update sent by CEO Elon Musk. “There is nothing I hate more, but it must be done,” he wrote, according to multiple reports. “This will enable us to be lean, innovative, and hungry for the next growth phase cycle.”
Ow… owwww… those poor investors are “finding out”…
In addition to the layoffs, Drew Baglino, Tesla’s head of powertrain and energy engineering, is stepping down. He has been with Tesla for 18 years and is one of the few executives investors hear from at Tesla’s investor events. Investors would like to see him taking an expanded role at the company, rather than leaving it entirely.
…and the officers are jumping ship. It ain’t just Drew.
Ahhh, I was blind but now I see. And I feel better, as expected. CARB isn’t working with Tesla… or Honda, or quite a few other, not-government-owned vehicle manufacturers. My ‘faith’ muscles can relax for a minute.

Richard G. Polanco (born March 4, 1951) is a former California State Senate Majority leader and member of the California State Assembly.
Polanco is best known for his work with the Latino Legislative Caucus, which he chaired from 1990 to 2002. Under his leadership, the Senator led efforts to increase the number of Democratic Latino legislators from seven to 24. Eventually, his efforts contributed to election of the first Latino Speaker of the Assembly, Cruz Bustamante.
In 1998, he authored legislation that provided $115 million for after-school and summer school programs. He pioneered California’s citizenship education program assisting more than 500,000 Californians in becoming naturalized citizens.
He was an early Immivasion agent.
Polanco authored legislation that created the California state holiday honoring the legendary labor and civil rights leader, Cesar Chavez.
Marxist confirmed.
Prior to elected office, he served on the staff of Los Angeles County Supervisor Edmund D. Edelman, Assemblyman Richard Alatorre and former Governor Jerry Brown.

Klamath Dam Removal: ‘It’s an Environmental Disaster’
‘They purposefully made a disaster and are leaving taxpayers and the locals to clean up their mess’
h ttps://californiaglobe.com/articles/klamath-dam-removal-its-an-environmental-disaster/
By Katy Grimes, 19 February 2024
The removal of dams along the Klamath River in Siskiyou County, Northern California was sold as necessary to save salmon – specifically, “to restore habitat for endangered fish.”
The dams are part of the Klamath project, a series of seven dams built in the 1910’s and 1920’s in the Klamath Basin to bring electricity and agricultural water mitigation for Southern Oregon and Northern California, the Globe reported in 2020. However, in recent years, concerns over the dams’ effect on the wildlife and fishing industry have been raised, especially regarding claims of fish facing extinction because the dams.
In 2018, plans were released to destroy the dam system.
Liane Randolph’s pet project.
However, those plans halted in 2019 because of data errors and issues over who owns the dams. The Bureau of Reclamation swiftly issued a study on the dams’ effects through 2024, leading to California to again push for destruction of the dams.
They studied the effects of dam removal up to 2024, then destroyed the dams in early 2024.
In June 2020, the Federal Energy Regulatory Committee halted plans again, ruling that PacificCorp, an Oregon utility company owned by Warren Buffett’s Omaha-based Berkshire Hathaway, would have to transfer it’s hydroelectric license…
It sounded good on paper – at least it did to the bureaucrats agitating for it.
But according to local officials, “it’s an environmental disaster.”
“I’ve been around natural disasters all of my life, and I’ve never seen anything like this,” Siskiyou County Supervisor Ray Haupt recently told the Globe. “The river is essentially dead, as is everything in it.”
Haupt was a District Ranger in the Klamath National Forest for 33 years, retired in 2010, and now owns a Forest and Natural Resources Consulting Business. He is a California Registered Professional Forester, a member of the California Professional Foresters Association, an Ag advisor for Etna High School and the College of the Siskiyous tech programs, and is an author of multiple Forest Management and Fire Policies for NAFSR, the National Association of Forest Services Retirees.
Haupt said the sediment plume extends 2 miles into the ocean. And he and local residents are witnessing a massive salmon extinction event.
Supervisor Haupt isn’t the only resident making these observations. OPB.org reported:
Many have seen dead fish stranded in the mud, and on Jan. 27, residents spotted a doe and yearling that had become hopelessly stuck trying to reach water. Volunteer firefighters from the Hornbrook Fire Protection District tried to rescue the mired animals but abandoned the mission as dusk fell. Soon after, an officer from California Department of Fish and Wildlife euthanized the deer.
“The mud was so thick; it was so far out there; they tried so hard,” said Chrissie Reynolds, a long-time resident of Copco Lake who drove to the scene to try to help. “But all that time, those animals were suffering.”
“The speed of drawdown did not allow crews to assist with ‘sediment evacuation’ as was planned,” OPB reported. “In that scenario crews would use jets of water and shovels to slough off chunks of mud from the banks as the water level dropped.”
That was intentional. Years of planning and research to prevent exactly that?
Does Liane intend to kill the rest of California the same, predictable way?
Rep. Doug LaMalfa (CA-1) also expressed his disbelief in the results of the dam removal, in a January 30th Facebook post, summarizing the politics of the situation:
Environmentalists and the State of California are celebrating the world’s largest dam removal on the Upper Klamath River, while their work kills endangered species, destroys roads, threatens homes with bank collapse and is already seeing drinking water wells go dry. They purposefully made a disaster and are leaving taxpayers and the locals to clean up their mess.
Dam removal advocates refused to see the big picture, trusting a questionable Master’s thesis over the locals who knew better. Now, we see the results that are being ignored by the media and environmental groups – utter devastation of an ecosystem, and death. Dam removal advocates simply ignored the immense amount of sediment behind each dam, and how releasing it would impact water quality and river health. Now look, the water is black and thick with mud and toxic heavy metals covering every bit of gravel needed for spawning, deer are dying in the muck as is chokes out all life – and it absolutely reeks.
Shameless environmental groups cried that the removal of the dams is essential for fish health and would reverse salmon and steelhead population decline. Tell me, does this water look like a better habitat for the fish?
Newsom and the environmentalists were more interested in the trophy of the dams’ removal than the harm they caused.
The Yreka News posted a video described as a “massive fish kill”…
It just goes on.
Who else… I’m picking these names randomly off CARB’s org chart… board member Cliff Rechtschaffen?

Wow… a picture can say a lot.
Since 2017, Mr. Rechtschaffen has served as a Commissioner on the California Public Utilities Commission. Previously, he served as a Senior Advisor on Climate and Energy in the Office of former California Governor Jerry Brown.
Jerry Brown again.
One last name… board member and state senator Henry Stern?
Senator Stern To Introduce Legislation Answering Governor Brown’s Call For Increased Public Investment In Technology Innovation To Combat Climate Change
h ttps://sd27.senate.ca.gov/news/senator-stern-introduce-legislation-answering-governor-browns-call-increased-public-investment
13 January 2018
In his final State of the State address, Governor Jerry Brown warned that because of the increasing damage being wrought on Californians by climate change “we have to innovate constantly and create all manner of shelter, machines and creative technologies. That will continue, but only with ever greater public and private investment.”
In response, Senator Henry Stern (D-Canoga Park) announced legislation to secure a long-term funding commitment to assemble the brightest minds in the world to lead California’s public investments in researching, developing and demonstrating game-changing energy and environmental technologies.
“California thinks big, because we are big,” noted Senator Stern. “But our boldest ambitions for climate change progress must be matched with a commitment to innovation that is equally bold or we won’t get there…”
Jerry Brown again.
And by the way, Gavin Newsom is Jerry Brown’s designated successor.
At this point, we can make a pretty good guess who’s behind California’s Green Agenda, and it isn’t the voters. Or even the Democrats. I’ll end with a quick explanation of his evil:
h ttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Brown
[During his second term as Governor,] Brown appointed the first openly gay judge in the United States when he named Stephen Lachs to serve on the Los Angeles County Superior Court in 1979. In 1981, he also appointed the first openly lesbian judge in the United States, Mary C. Morgan, to the San Francisco Municipal Court. Brown completed his second term having appointed a total of five gay judges, including Rand Schrader and Jerold Krieger. Through his first term as governor, Brown had not appointed any openly gay people to any position, but he cited the failed 1978 Briggs Initiative, which sought to ban homosexuals from working in California's public schools, for his increased support of gay rights. The Governor also signed AB 489, The Consenting Adult Sex Act, which decriminalized homosexual behavior between adults, adding to this reputation.
Jerry Brown is the one-stop reason that California has become a cesspit of sodomy. The rest of the nation followed suit, partly due to the inertia of California’s size. And the death of the organized Christian Church.
