Continuing my expose on the Battelle Memorial Institute, is the revelation that they put the graphene in the Covid Vexx… as part of DARPA’s injectable mind/machine interface research.
The Government Is Serious About Creating Mind-Controlled Weapons

DARPA, the Department of Defense's research arm, is paying scientists to invent ways to instantly read soldiers' minds using tools like genetic engineering of the human brain, nanotechnology and infrared beams. The end goal? Thought-controlled weapons, like swarms of drones that someone sends to the skies with a single thought or the ability to beam images from one brain to another.
Or perhaps, a Chatbot-AI whispering lies directly into your mind, even while you sleep. A plot element from Huxley’s Brave New World.
This week, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) announced that six teams will receive funding under the Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3) program. Participants are tasked with developing technology that will provide a two-way channel for rapid and seamless communication between the human brain and machines without requiring surgery.
How do you get something into the human body without surgery? By getting it into the bloodstream, either by digestion or injection.
"Imagine someone who's operating a drone or someone who might be analyzing a lot of data," said Jacob Robinson, an assistant professor of bioengineering at Rice University, who is leading one of the teams.
"There's this latency, where if I want to communicate with my machine, I have to send a signal from my brain to move my fingers or move my mouth to make a verbal command, and this limits the speed at which I can interact with either a cyber system or physical system. So the thought is maybe we could improve that speed of interaction."
That’s the plot of Deus Ex: Human Revolution: humans involuntarily cyborged into processing nodes for mega-sized data servers. No limbs required! *chop*
That could be crucial as smart machines and a tidal wave of data threaten to overwhelm humans, and could ultimately find applications in both military and civilian domains, Robinson said.
That’s the plot of public/private corporatism.
While there have been breakthroughs in our ability to read and even write information to the brain, these advances have generally relied on brain implants in patients, allowing physicians to monitor conditions like epilepsy.
Brain surgery is too risky to justify such interfaces in able-bodied people, however; and current external brain-monitoring approaches like electroencephalography (EEG) — in which electrodes are attached directly to the scalp — are too inaccurate. As such, DARPA is trying to spur a breakthrough in noninvasive or minimally invasive brain-computer interfaces (BCIs).
As in, injectable brain implants. What a research bonanza the Fauci Ouchie was! Testing the human body’s tolerance for magnetic nanoparticles (read: graphene) was just one of its purposes. Why was testing that tolerance important enough to commit every crime against humanity that exists, you ask?
The agency is interested in systems that can read and write to 16 independent locations in a chunk of brain the size of a pea with a lag of no more than 50 milliseconds within four years, said Robinson, who is under no illusion about the scale of the challenge.
"When you try to capture brain activity through the skull, it's hard to know where the signals are coming from and when and where the signals are being generated," he told Live Science. "So the big challenge is, can we push the absolute limits of our resolution, both in space and time?"
To do this, Robinson's team plans to use viruses modified to deliver genetic material into cells — called viral vectors — to insert DNA into specific neurons that will make them produce two kinds of proteins.
A virus is a strip of DNA or RNA, contained in a protein shell that permits entry into cells. Which is also what the mRNA vexxine was. Scraps of DNA were mixed in to test how well the vexx virus performed at “installing” those “contaminant” DNA sequences… into your brain, specifically.
The first type of protein absorbs light when a neuron is firing, which makes it possible to detect neural activity. An external headset would send out a beam of infrared light that can pass through the skull and into the brain. Detectors attached to the headset would then measure the tiny signal that is reflected from the brain tissue to create an image of the brain. Because of the protein, the targeted areas will appear darker (absorbing light) when neurons are firing, generating a read of brain activity that can be used to work out what the person is seeing, hearing or trying to do.
The second protein tethers to magnetic nanoparticles, so the neurons can be magnetically stimulated to fire when the headset generates a magnetic field. This could be used to stimulate neurons so as to induce an image or sound in the patient's mind.
What demons do with whispers and nightmares.
It gets very tiresome, all this inhumanity being sold to us with the excuse of convenience. Yeah, I should reformat my brain for compatibility with Microsoft Windows because… because keyboards are slower than thought. Riiight. As if I even try to type at a mere 100 words per minute.
As a proof of concept, the group plans to use the system to transmit images from' the visual cortex of one person to that of another.
"Being able to decode or encode sensory experiences is something we understand relatively well," Robinson said. "At the bleeding edge of science, I think we are there if we had the technology to do it."
One protein for reading, one protein for writing. An obvious issue arises, however: the human body is not naturally magnetic. It contains some iron but no intentionally magnetic particles.
Which means those mini-magnets used in the synthesis of those “write” proteins, will have to be injected into the human bloodstream in order to be available for protein synthesis.
Which is why the Covid Vexx contained lots of graphene: to test how well every variant of the human body could handle it. Because the Cabal intends to do it to everybody.
If the neuron and magnet operate in tandem then the first protein really isn’t needed. Maybe it’s being developed as a backup technology.
A group from the nonprofit research institute Battelle is taking on a more ambitious challenge. The group wants to let humans control multiple drones using their thoughts alone, while feedback about things like acceleration and position go directly to the brain.
Hello again, Battelle. I am pleased that you aren’t just another hook-nosed banker from the Levant.
"Joysticks and computer cursors are more or less one-way devices," said senior research scientist Gaurav Sharma, who leads the team. "But now we're thinking of one person controlling multiple drones; and it's two-way, so if the drone is moving left, you get a sensory signal back into your brain telling you that it's moving left."
The group's plan relies on specially designed nanoparticles with magnetic cores and piezoelectric outer shells, which means the shells can convert mechanical energy to electrical and vice versa. The particles will be injected or nasally administered, and magnetic fields will guide them to specific neurons.
That could explain some peoples’ reactions to the Covid nasal swab. And yes, Battelle was given a contract to produce and distribute Covid test kits.
Also, a contract to disinfect N95 respirators. Batelle provided that equipment in 2020 under an emergency FDA authorization in Conex containers for about a year, until complaints shut them down. The filters were often damaged and the cost-per-filter-cleaning ended up >$30 per unit. “We never promised it would be the cheapest solution,” said a spokesman. (Seriously.)
And now, I see that WHO/CDC have just redefined mask wearing to emphasize the N95 mask. Who will get those new manufacturing/refurbishing contracts, I wonder?
Which is it anyway, N95 mask or N95 respirator? Those of us who are formally trained in industrial hazmat know there’s a difference. For example, if the Regime orders the universal use of respirators then 1. all men must shave their facial hair, 2. children cannot obey the order and 3. OSHA will need to hold an unprecedented number of training classes.
But I digress. It’s all about inducing a state of fear, anyway.
When a specially designed headset applies a magnetic field to the targeted neurons, the magnetic core will move and exert stress on the outer shell to generate an electrical impulse that makes the neuron fire. The process also works in reverse, with electrical impulses from firing neurons converted into tiny magnetic fields that are picked up by detectors in the headset.
Translating that process into controlling drones won't be simple, admits Sharma, but he's relishing the challenge DARPA has laid out. "The brain is the final frontier in medical science," he said. "We understand so little of it, which is what makes it very exciting to do research in this area."
“Understanding it” and “imposing an interface upon it” are not quite the same thing.
“How does it work?”
“Screw that… how does it work for me?”
So, maybe they aren’t much different from Levantine bankers.
Per the University of Rochester, Gaurav Sharma “served as the Director for the Center for Emerging and Innovative Sciences (CEIS), a New York state supported center for promoting joint university-industry research and technology development, which is housed at the University of Rochester. From 1996 through 2003, he was with Xerox Research and Technology”. Yet another public-private partnership. Xerox Corp. is at least partly a Battelle spinoff. Sharma got his undergrad degree in India and was then apparently student-visa’d into USA. Doing the mind-control research that Americans won’t.
Battelle Neuro Team Advances to Phase II of DARPA N3 Program

Timed with the graphene-contaminated COVID vexxine rollout.
COLUMBUS, Ohio (Dec. 15, 2020)—A Battelle team of researchers has received funding to continue work on the second of a three-phase Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) program called Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology (N3).
The program is designed for teams around the country to develop a high-performance, bi-directional brain-computer interface (BCI) for noninvasive clinical applications or for use by able-bodied members of the military. Such neural interfaces would provide the enabling technology for diverse medical and national security applications and could enable enhanced multitasking during complex military missions.
Battelle and its project partners from Cellular Nanomed Inc., the University of Miami, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Air Force Research Laboratory are working on an interface called BrainSTORMS (Brain System to Transmit Or Receive Magnetoelectric Signals). It employs magnetoelectric nanotransducers (MEnTs) localized in neural tissue for BCI applications. One of the key MEnT attributes are their incredibly small size—thousands of MEnTs can fit across the width of a human hair. The MEnTs are first injected into the circulatory system and then guided with a magnet to the targeted area of the brain. “Our current data suggests that we can non-surgically introduce MEnTs into the brain for subsequent bi-directional neural interfacing,” said Patrick Ganzer, a Battelle researcher and the principal investigator on the project.
“I can stick a magnet onto the injection site”. Today a kitchen magnet, tomorrow a headset scanner.
Several technology development goals and N3 program metrics were achieved during Phase 1, such as precise reading and writing to neurons using this breakthrough technology, leveraging the multi-modal expertise of the BrainSTORMS team across the domains of electromagnetics, nanoscale materials, and neurophysiology.
“We are committed to achieving the Phase 2 metrics of the DARPA N3 program, building on the ground-breaking results we achieved in Phase 1 of the BrainSTORMS project,” said Ping Liang, the lead researcher at Cellular Nanomed Inc responsible for developing and building the electronics, power and control systems that interact with the MEnTs to achieve the BCI functions.
Phase 2 efforts will focus on maturing the capability sets of the MEnTs for writing information to the brain and advancing the construction and testing of the external writing interface.
“In Phase I, we demonstrated the main physics of MEnTs, i.e., two-way conversion of magnetic-to-electric field energy to control contactless activation of neurons. In Phase II, we will develop a next generation of MEnTs to achieve faultless multi-channel performance,” said Sakhrat Khizroev, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Miami, in charge of the MEnTs’ synthesis.
If work progresses to the third phase, the Battelle team would implement a regulatory strategy developed with the FDA in phase two in order to support future human subjects testing.

One disturbing datum about Mark of the Beast is that it’ll be an unforgiveable sin. That’s not in character for Our Lord. His forgiveness is blanket in nature. Revelation says there’ll even be angels flying overhead with the public-service announcement of don’t do the Mark!
If the Mark involves this kind of mind-machine interface, then it’s possible the recipients will have their minds invaded to the point they can no longer distinguish reality from an AI/demonic simulation. At which point, maybe even God can no longer help. Insulation from such direct contact is one reason He gave us bodies in the first place. Maybe it’s even the reason He made our wiring so complex.
Conversely, that explains why Zuckerberg pushed the Metaverse so hard.
Which brings up a parallel question, how getting injected with this could be purely voluntary? I theorize that even if fully developed, the subject would need to participate in the calibration. After all, you’re the only guy who can say what you see & hear.
And if you want to hear a lie, then Truth can’t help you.
To the last part I think it’s because there’s a spiritual necessity. Even at the height of the pandemic they weren’t holding people down, before them the communists placed a great premium on getting people to confess.. Rebelling against God has to be a voluntary act. I’m not suggesting they consciously think of it that way of course. This is real materialist magician territory, doing occult acts but under the guise of science.
Man, this article is terrifying and the people behind it insane. I’m sure you read The Pentagon’s Brain about DARPA. I was convinced of their madness when after miscalculation regarding the H bomb where they almost blew up their own observation post, some scientists wanted to keep going until they could build a bomb that would crack the earth like an egg. I don’t imagine they’ve gotten saner.
Gunner, this is as terrifying as it gets. But if the MotB is based on this (why not, it fits?), what about it being on the right hand?
